Billing system is pathetic and non responsive with worst ever support for business professional. Even clarification regarding GST and taxes are not attended and they change the room rates as per their convenience resulting into loss to the prospective business professionals. Even they disconnect the phone and never respond back post multiple calls. I will never recommend to opt for this hotel. It was told 3300/- + GST per day and while billing they charged 7116/- + GST per day for single occupancy.

Well ,hotel was ok. But food was very expensive and they only provided 500 ml 2 water bottles,they should provide atleast 1 liter . Prices are bit high according to hotel facilities and amenities. Overall it is good hotel. If they can provide better prices it would be good.

Food is very nice ,Reception and Restaurant is one of the most attractive place in Varanasi.I recommend this place to stay as well as for lunch,dine.Roof top restaurant is also very amazing. Service and staffs are very polite and helpful

Hotel Meraden Grand is good hotel but service of this hotel not good. Ac not proper working in Hall, According to price quality of tea is very bad. the behavior of staff is not good. according to money Quality of Food so so. not excellent.

I was in India for 18 days and the food here was probably the best I experienced in that time. They have 2 restaurants, but I believe they serve the same food and charge the same prices. I would definitely recommend visiting this restaurant if you are in Varanasi
